Background & Experience

With nearly two decades of experience in commercial property management, Stacy manages a team who executes the day-to-day operations, accounting, financial management, and budgeting for a diverse 1.2 million-square-foot portfolio. This portfolio encompasses office buildings, flex-use spaces, retail centers, business office condominium associations, residential homes, and medical office buildings.

Stacy’s expertise was honed through managing two Class A high-rise office buildings in Chicago, totaling 1.2 million square feet, where she developed strong skills in property management, tenant relations, and maintenance oversight. Since joining The Stanton Group, Inc. in 2015, Stacy has successfully adapted her expertise to the Nashville market.

A committed professional, Stacy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Michigan University and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate. She is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and sits on the board of Nashville’s Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) chapter, underscoring her dedication to ongoing professional development and industry excellence.
