NAI Nashville Stanton Group Represents $7 Million Sale of 5255 Hickory Hollow Parkway in Antioch on Behalf of Rocketown of Middle Tennessee

NASHVILLE, TN – (16 May 2024) – NAI Nashville Stanton Group, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced today that it represented the sale of 5255 Hickory Hollow Parkway for $7 million by Rocketown of Middle Tennessee to NCT, LLC.

However, with Metro Nashville’s upcoming performing arts center, we’re confident our community’s needs will be met, allowing us to streamline and enhance our core programs.”
 
5255 Hickory Hollow Parkway is a 44,510 square foot freestanding building situated on 4.83 acres located off Bell Road and I-24 in Antioch, Tennessee.
